Watch this video to see if it's of any help to you. I doesn't show it exactly but you might find it helpful.

Thank you. I have watched this recently. It does not address relay location.  There is no reference to a horn relay in fuse block cover fuse/relay list on my truck. Hoping anyone might know.

Looking at another video on an older model, it called out that the relay was built into the printed circuit board...so, not sure if that helps or not but thought I'd mention it. good luck

FYI. I bet it's a corroded connector as shown in the above video.  Just saying...

Does anyone know the horn relay location? Not listed in fuse block info.

The horn relay is integral to the underhood fuse box.  Printed circuit board relay.

If when pressing the horn you can hear the relay clicking, you've got a problem either in the wiring or connector to the horn, or the horn itself.

If the relay is dead, needs a new underhood fuse block aka UBEC.

I did hear a click when wheel horn button is depressed. Voltage to fuse when horn is unplugged. 0 volts when horn is plugged in. No chirp when locking/unlocking as well. While testing this issue, the clicking has now stopped when horn button is pressed and 0 volts at fuse. Sounds like fuse block, yay! Thank you for this info about fuse block. I found nothing that explains this.

Thank you for this info.  Horn works when I put 12 vts. to top of horn fuse.

I have a 2014 gmc sierra 1500. My horn is not working. The fuse is food but there is no power getting to the fuse. The horn works when I used a jumper wire 12v. I believe the relay needs to be replaced on my truck as well. I can't find any info on the location of it. We're you able to solve the issue with your truck?
