2019 Chev Silverado 1500, the back and passenger windows will not roll down when the engine is running.

For some reason when the engine is running both back and the passenger side windows will not go up or down.  When the auto stop engages the windows will work but as soon as the engine starts up the stop.

That's a strange one. I have never had  this. Does the driver side window  operate normally?  The  window/door lockout  switch could be  the  reason.

Driver side window works fine. When I try to use the window lock out it won’t work if the engine is running. Very strange
