2022 Silverado 1500 LTZ "Refresh" - 4-18-23 System Update Not Work

I keep getting an error every time my truck tries to install the 4-18-23 system update.  It goes through the process, and then in the very end, it displays a red error msg. saying it could not complete the update.  Then, the display temporarily locks and I can't access any of the screens.  I have tried re-installing the update several times and each time it ends with the same error msg. 

 

Is anyone else having these issues?  Solution?

Dealer.  Sometimes if the OTA fails, the dealer has to re-run the update with GM SPS2 programming.
