2005 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD CrewCab 5.3. After replacing Transfer Case Encoder Motor, is it necessary to do a relearn on the Transfer Case Control Module? I'm not looking for guesses or anecdotal information. So, if you are not certain, please don't respond.

Worth mentioning...

  • 0053 Bank 1, Sensor 1
  • P0059 bank 2 sensor 1
  • P0134 Bank 1 Sensor 1
  • P0135 Bank 1 Sensor 1
  • P0154 bank 2, sensor 1
  • P0155 bank 2, sensor 1

I mention this because I wonder if the wiring on these runs together.

Also has C0379. I think I overlooked this because I was focused on the C0055.

Programming the Transfer Case Control Module is not necessary. All fixed.
