Day 1 with 24 AT4. Power Running Boards...

Just picked up the new truck today. Got home went inside, came back out, open the door, went to drive away and I hear the drivers running board going up and down. Look out the mirror and it's stuck in the down position while driving. At every light it tries to stow it back up. 
 

Any ideas?

Get it to the dealer immediately. Apparently the BCM is trying to command the board to retract. Its likely a physical defect somewhere in the process of it retracting. No way to know without inspecting it. If the board keep trying unsuccessfully it probably wont be good for the motor on it. 

If they had done a decent PDI on it they should have caught that.
