Recently acquired 2014 Sierra.  First issue I am working on is no blower for either AC or heat.  I can hear ducts switching, lights for function properly.  I have been told the previous owner attempted to fix, replaced blower motor assembly and climate control panel.  There is power going to blower.  I have also read there Service Bulleting out pertaining to this issue but I would like to confirm the software update is indeed what is needed.  Anyone else have this problem

So power to the blower but the blower won't turn on when you turn the fan knob?  What climate control does it have, manual so the left knob is fan and the right is temperature?  Or Auto with two temp knobs and the fan speed is in the middle?
