2020 Sierra 1500 steering wheel locked.

Good morning, 

This morning I had a scheduled appointment to get my oil changed at the dealership. Get in my truck, all the accessories work, everything is fine. However truck won’t start. It states to turn steering wheel to start truck. The issue is the steering wheel is locked up. It will not budge. I thought it might b the battery. Replaced that already. It’s a push start truck. Turn accessories on only steering wheel still won’t move. It’s almost like the steering mechanism is seized up. It does not even shimmy the slightest. I’m at a lost on what to do.

Try forcing wheel to the left or right then push start button .

If forcing the wheel doesn't work, try remote starting the vehicle, then get in and press the start button.  Just a thought...
