Leaf spring swap anybody done this yet?

Preparing to swap out my leaf springs for a new OEM set soon.  Was under the truck having a look last night, to see what I'm in for,  and It looks like the Fuel tank will need to be lessened, and wiggled to the side to get front bolt out for driver's side leaf.  No problem.    

 

But for the rear bolts on bottoms of both shackles, it looks like the trailer hitch will be in the way?   Does anybody know if the trailer hitch has  to be completely removed in order to get the lowest bolt out?     Leaving the shackles on the leafs to remove as one, but the bottom bolts dont appear to be able to come out far enough with our hitting the hitch.
