I had that happen in my 2020 Sierra and Terrain  when I used my phone and google maps  via USB. For some reason it overrides the factory navigation.  I used to just unplug the SD card then reinsert it and it worked again.

I have the same thing happening on my 2019 Sierra AT4.  Yesterday it kept coming on - several times.  Day before nothing.  Sometimes seems to coincide with rough roads, but not always.  Very annoying.  I have it in the shop today to look at it.

 

Last time that I took it in, I also had a bad camera - so they replaced the camera and a circuit board.  Not sure if the board was related to the SD card issue or not.

My 22 SLT did this and I even bought a new SD card and that didnt fix it. Not sure what caused it to start happening but frustrating for sure. .
