NO. You only need one harness. I have a 5th wheel harness that I had first that I used so I could have 12V in the bed. I bought a plug that converts 7 pin RV plug to 2 12v cigarette lighter plugs. That way I can plug a cooler or whatever in back there. I don't have the 120V AC plug in my Custom.
