Need help finding Pass. Side Mirror Casing

Unbelievable 

 

Appears bitter cold that moved in bit me in the rear. Anyone know where I can go to just get the outer skin (black plastic capping) for the passenger side door mirror???

 

I know I can buy the top cap and even the bottom cap, but I have a crack dead center of mirror casing. Everything I looked up leads to having to buy an entire new passenger side mirror which I absolutely do not need.

I need that same "cap" piece. I will look into it and let you know. Caught mine on a 2X4 in the garage.

Quick search on GM Parts website.

Looks like this is the "cap".

Unfortunately that’s not the one I need, my upper cap is ok. It’s the “center part” of the mirror. I thank you for your help though!!

if you come across anything else please let me know. I’d hate to have to buy an entire new mirror.

Post a picture of the damaged mirror.

There is no "center cap" that's the ENTIRE mirror housing! That's what hinges to the mount point. Look on ebay for a used mirror.
