Looking to replace my tired 03 silverado with something newer.

 

Theres a 2020 sierra slt 5.3, 10 speed 4wd with 39k miles that has basically every option, leather, sunroof, safety package ii that theyre asking 38k for. Was wondering what would be a good offer for it?
