Remote Start

My remote does not work. I push lock button then hold down remote start button and the running lights flash but does nothing?

Parking brake is on?

It could be the hood latch. Or it could be a malfunction with one of the systems. You really need to check for a code. I know when I had a problem with 1 injector, the remote start wouldn't work.

Need more info on the truck, my guess is you have an active CEL, if so, it is a built in safety feature and disables the function.
