Driver side door sensor signalling door open and driver side window controls not working

Hi All.

i have a 2016 gmc Denali. And the driver side door sensor is signalling the door is open (when it is not) and the drivers side window controls aren’t working. The power windows are working fine when controlled by each individual door. Any thoughts on what this could be?

GMC Denali...what?  Sierra?  Sierra HD?  Yukon?  Yukon XL?  Acadia?  Terrain?  Canyon?  Lots of Denalis out there these days.  

 

Either way, sounds like it could be a broken wire inside the driver's door harness.  Typical break location is where they pass through the door.  Gonna have to get a multimeter, remove the door panel and start testing wires based on the schematics for the components that are not working correctly.
