The front and rear parking sensors on our '21 Sierra 1500 Denali with 35K miles will randomly disengage and when they do, the toggle switch light goes out and the switch becomes unresponsive for days at a time.  Have tried restarting the truck which doesn't help.  It usually resolves itself in a week or so of drives.  Sensors are clean, no ice out, reasonable Texas temperatures each time its happened.  Dealer is completely stumped and claims it should throw a code if the system isn't working.  Is that true, or could an electrical fault somewhere in that system cause that issue without a code?  They tried to claim it may be related to our bad camera module, but I am doubtful the two are related?

I'm no expert, but I wouldn't be totally surprised if the bad camera module was part of the problem.  When I opted for trailer mirrors instead of regular mirrors on my Trail Boss LT I lost the option to have the cameras and parking sensors.  It was either mirrors or those.  As such, my truck doesn't have the camera module and parking sensors.

After a week in the shop, the dealer claimed there was a fault in one of the front parking sensors.  Here's hoping after 2 years of glitches that this repair fixes the issue.
