2016 Silverado LED headlight

I have a 2016 with factory led headlights and the driver high beam and low beam don’t work. Everything else works on the headlight. I took both out and swapped them and it did the same with the other light. I’ve checked the fuses and can’t find anything. I have no idea what to look at next

I saw a YouTube video a few weeks ago where someone had a similar condition. He found either a bad/loose connection on the battery distribution cover. I'll see if I can find the video again. Checking you connections is pretty simple. Terminals may need cleaning on that cover. Just a thought for you.
