2021 LT trail boss steering / all over the place

2021 lt trail boss. Bought with 4k miles. Around 16k noticed the steering was Darty and I had to constantly correct it.  Alignment was checked and it was within parameters.  Said the hell with it and installed falken wildpeaks and bilstein 5100’s. Problem persists.  Of course the dealer said couldn’t replicate it.  It is fairly intermittent. It acts like you are driving in extreme wind when your not.   When I cop get behind me I usually get off the highway to avoid getting pulled over.  Some days it’s fine other days it is fricken horrible.  Has been to 2 dealers one of which 3 times.  If they can’t diagnose something their computer…..good luck.  “Cannot replicate”
