The fiance and I just put a contract down on a new home. We close March 5 and take posession on the 7th we'll clean it up and paint than probably move in in the next 1 or 2.:D Here are a few pics. :D Can't wait till it warms up and I can do stuff to the exterior and maybe build a shed in the backyard. :D

congrats on the purchase :D

The truck fits in the garage right?

Yeah it barely fits but that was one of the stipulation in the offer that we gave them it said contract pending until chevy truck could fit. :D I have to take down some shelving but it will fit though.

Looks great.  Congrats on the purchase.  I really like that stove set-up.  :D

Thanks I'm diggin the stove too, you just don't see those in homes anymore. I can't wait to fire it up next year because I don't think I'll get a chance this year.

BTW how is your home doing. You get moved in yet?

Yeah unfortunately i'm going to be in debt for a long time but it is a heck of a lot better than throwing my money into rent.

It's great, we've been living in it for a couple weeks now, but still have several boxes os stuff to find a place for, and a few things we still need to find that we packed up. :D

My side of the garage is the collection point for boxes and junk that need to be thrown out, so I still havn't got to park in the garage yet. I did pull her into the workshop though to unload some stuff in there. I also pulled my wifes car in there last weekend to change the oil, brakes, and rotor's. :D There is still a lot of organizing that needs to be done though. :D

Thanks for asking.

I disagree. As soon as the local market appreciates, and you get a little equity in the house....You no longer have a "debt"....It becomes an "asset".

Unlike a truck :D
