2019 Center Console Tray Trim Replacement 84164813

I nicked the rubberized finish on my Center Console Tray Trim 84164813.  I need to replace it.  I have the new part but I have no idea how to separate the trim from the rest of the center console door.   I tried a screw driver under the trim piece to pry it up (gently) and then forcibly.  Then I was able to get my entire fingers under the side of the trim and pull up, which that didn't pop it off either.  Do I just need to pull harder?  Quicker?  Is there a trick to the disassembly here?

Thank you so much for that!   I didn’t realize it was held with screws in the bottom, but that makes sense.  Here I’m sitting here thinking it’s a snapfit and it’s not.  Really really appreciate it!
