15 Silverado Lifter Noise?

My 15 silverado with a 5.3 had bank 2 lifters replaced at 160,000km by the dealer. Almost 2 years after and only 15,000km bank 2 is making noise again. Once truck is warm it will sometimes start making the noise as you drive. If you drive it shut it off and restart after about 4m it will make this noise almost every time. took it back to the dealer and they said it's fine and they can only do something if the engine light turns on. They also stated that the knock sensor will trigger due to the lifter noise.

wanted to get some input on if this is in fact lifters going again and what I could try to do

To me that's a lifter making noise, only a matter of time before it likely fails again.
