RyanbabZ71 Posted July 29, 2002 Posted July 29, 2002 Well i finally made it back. I loved it in NC. Scenery, no humidity, no mosquitos, and the outdoors made it wonderful. Rafting was the best. Had a 1,494 mile 2 way trip. Got the best milage to date (18.7mpg). Average mpg through the mountains and around the city was 17.9 mpg. Not bad at all. Only bad things to happen was my aunts dogg jumped on the pass and driver side of my truck and put some scratches in the paint (zaino should get it out) and her dogs father (dog) decided to pee on my tire hehe Had a nice surprise when i got home. We have a new doggy. a 7lb golden retriver (yet to be named). Ill post some pics asap. No rest for me hehe
RyanbabZ71 Posted July 29, 2002 Author Posted July 29, 2002 Oh yea truck ran flawlessly. I also have to mention i seen hundreds of tahoes and burbs. I couldnt believe it. I also seen the new 2500HD gmcs up close when i dropped my aunt off to pick up her van that was being repaired. They look nice.
SnakeEyeSS Posted July 29, 2002 Posted July 29, 2002 Watcha gonna do to reward the truck for its good work???
RyanbabZ71 Posted July 29, 2002 Author Posted July 29, 2002 wash and wax tomorrow. It sure needs it. Have some of that red clay caked in the tires and wheel wells ( i hate that stuff)
