This past weekend, I installed an Auto Speciaties Performance (ASP) underdrive pulley. I've had it sitting in the corner for a few months now waiting for my extended warranty to expire. So now it's installed. What a job it was. nothing like the previous ones I installed in the past various years and vehicles. Anyhow, after 3 trips to the autoparts store and fighting with the crank bolt. it's installed. Just as expected. Not a drastic change in the way the truck runs, but it does idle smoother, accelerates easier and when it goes into the 4 cyinder mode (DoD) it is smoother also. Haven't checked the fuel mileae as of yet. There are no check engine lights on nor charging issues.

To get the crank bolt out, I had to remove the electric fans and heat the bolt up with my torch for about 30 seconds then it finally broke loose and ziped out with my impact. Yes, I did reuse the original crank bolt. And I will recheck it probably this weekend; weather pending.
