Any one have entertainment system that turned off and won’t power on? 
 

Tried to reset on steering wheel and nothing. Also returned vehicle to factory settings and didn’t work

That sounds annoying. Sometimes it’s just a blown fuse or a loose connection behind the dash causing it to stay dead. Might be worth checking the fuses first before digging any deeper.
