2021 GMC 1500 Elevation 3.0 diesel for Fuse location for Backup Camera and main tailgate

I am searching 2021 GMC 1500 Elevation 3.0 diesel fuse location for backup camera and main tailgate. Both went out about the same time (coincidence)? When it press that tailgate switch in the truck, I can hear the mfeg relay switches clicking (drivers side fuse panel). Do I have a bad relay switch?  I tried the key fob and the taillight blinks twice and the tailgate does not open.  On that backup camera,  it states that the video system need to be reloaded. I reset the factory setting and still did not activate my camera. Do I have a bad fuse?

depend on which tailgate you have, regular, mulipro and if you have power lift. the fuse for the camera is in the right side fuse panel number 23

I believe there is a wire that runs out of the bottom of the tailgate. I'd look at that to see if it's plugged in or damaged. Since you said it's both the camera and the tailgate.
