I have a chance to get a cheap OEM "Sierra" branded Sport Bar (aka Chase Rack & Roll Bar) for my 2022 Silverado Trail Boss. However, the one I would be buying was fit on a 2016 Sierra, so previous generation. Everything I'm reading says it won't work as apparently through the generation change they modified the mounting locations in the bed of the trucks. Is there some sort of adapter for this or are you able to make some slight modifications to make it fit? Wondering if anyone has any experience with this and if it worked out for you or didn't. Any information would be helpful!

Welcome to the forum. I don't think I would want to cobble something together to put the wrong roll bar on a nice Trail Boss. Just my opinion.
