2006 Silverado Coolant Leak

I have a 2006 Silverado with a steady coolant leak, looking like from under the water pump but not 100% sure where the weep hole is or gaskets.  Can anyone confirm?  video of leak here.  Replacing the water pump i sa little out of my wheelhouse, and it was last replaced about six years ago.

The weep hole is going to be under the pulley because that is where the water pump impeller is. That leak looks to be from the gasket between the water pump and the engine block. The water pump needs to be removed to clean it all up and replace it.

 

2006's are really easy for pumps, don't need to worry about the clutch fan.

Thanks a lot @CamGTP that helps.  I watched a few videos and do actually think it's something I could do.  Can you help me understand what you mean by not needing to worry about the clutch fan?  It is attached to the water pump so I have to get it off anyways right?

The threaded water pump pulley on your truck has nothing connected to it, that is where the clutch fan would attach if it did have one. Your truck has electric fans, so the job takes less time to do.

 

Remove the air intake, remove the belt, drain the coolant and you can pretty much start removing the water pump right after that.

Aaaah yeah I gotcha, great.  The videos I was watching were older models that did have the fan clutch.  Lol I didn't even pay attention that I don't have it, awesome.

that looks to far to the center to be the water pump gaskets. There are also coolant lines that run to the bottom of the throttle body and the steam port tubes. make sure its not them leaking
