Purchased a new 2024 Chevy Tahoe in May 2024. Around a year after purchase, radio would quit playing audio from any source and the blinker would not make noise occasionally. This issue would usually resolve itself after turning vehicle off and back on. Summer of 2025 it happened more often  Dealer had to have it happening before they would even look at it. Luckily one Saturday morning it did it and I drove it to the dealership and they scanned it for issues.  I was told it was the amplifier and they would order one and contact me when it came in. A few weeks went by with no call so I called them. I was told that the amplifier had been there since the week after I took the vehicle to the dealership. I took it to them to get it installed. The issue was fixed until 12/6/2025. This time it returned with more issues. The side mirror blind zone alert light doesn’t come on on either side, the side mirror blinker lights don’t work, the radio sound does not work, blinker sound isn’t working, and the parking assist radar doesn’t work. Has there been a notice released to dealers on these issues and more importantly a fix?

the chimes all are generated by the radio, and play through the speakers (blinkers, door open, seat belt warnings, etc), so if the radio and/or speakers aren't working right, then the chimes also will not be generated.

Anytime I hear about someone having a large list of seemingly unrelated electrical problems, it’s usually a bad ground somewhere. This probably isn’t very helpful advice, but it gives you somewhere to start.

In our 2014-2019 trucks there was one ground screw in which some trucks had a piece of plastic dash accidentally tightened under the screw during manufacturing. A few people had stability control issues and even a jerking steering wheel.
