2011 Suburban 2500 - Replacement Exhaust Manifold (Driver's Side)

Hello All,

I plan to replace my driver's side exhaust manifold. The bolt closest to the firewall is missing. Cylindre number 7.

I plan to replace it with a new GM Genuine manifold. New steel bolts (not stainless). And new gaskets (GM Genuine).

What is the difference between these two manifolds?

Is the higher priced part (with a larger part number) an updated/improved part?

I see that the cheaper part is made in China. I have no problem paying more for the better part (possibly made in the USA) but I can't find any information as to what the difference could be between both parts.

This is for my 2011 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 LS.
6.0L L96 engine.
About 52,000km ~ 32,000 miles

12686303 won't fit.  Its for box delete pickup trucks ONLY.  Option code ZW9.  ZW9 trucks have a different exhaust Y pipe setup and the driver's manifold is designed to use a different seal for that Y pipe.  

 

You want 12616285.
