front end conversion

I have a 2000 serria and would like to change the grille to a 03 or 04 serria front end. I know I would need a grille and bumper, but will I need new lights or a new hood? I read something about denali projector lights fitting, would I be able to fit them with the 03 front end? Thanks

I think the fogs are different but don't think there will be any problems fitting the Denali headlights.
