I would definitely recommend the Photobucket app for anyone who uses a smartphone, the app makes everything simpler.

When I try to edit a photo on photo bucket to downsize it for a sig image it never completely loads the pic and selection options. In other words I can't seem to figure out how to downsize a photo. Ryan offered to help but I'm not sure if he recieved my message reply.

In photoshop open the image and from the top menu bar select "Image/image size/.A box should open and you can edit the size there. You should already have the "Constrain porportions" box slected so just do one of the numbers and the other will auto constrain. Hit enter and save.
