Does anyone know of any sites that have information on the new generation of S-Series trucks? I saw a short story on PUTC saying they will be called "Colortado" the drawing looks great... maybe there is already something on here about them but i haven't seen anything yet... still getting my feet wet...

I am wondering that with the extra room for the new six cyl. engine that may take advatage and slip in a V-8 for a ZR2 model... now that would be something to see!

the Colorado is schedualed for a 2003 model year introduction. So only one more model year of the "old" S-10.

I'm going to try to get that story up before the end of the week. We're having computer "problems" over here, so i can't get to my pictures of it.

Thanx for the quick response, i appreciate it. I love my '96 sonoma 4x4, but I am ready for something a bit newer and I'll be dammed if I'm buying a ford or taco.

Hey,

I made sure i bought my truck before it got a slap with the ulgy stick! Its starting to get the avalanche look to it and i guess i m probably one of the only ones who dont like the look of it..

The new redesign is good it could use a few new engines, some size, some retooling.. but dont mess with what you've got for looks now..

I know VW wanted the colorado name.. and to be honest they have it.. The S-10 has been a good name for a long time..

Plus what sucks the most is what happens to the ZR2 and the xtreme models???you wont see any sharp looking xtreme or Z's with that new body style..

Oh well it will still be one of the most dependable trucks on the road.. CAUSE ITS A GM!!!!!
