I work at HP, and I can tell you from first hand experience, every customer that I've talked to that has purchased from Tiger Direct has had a horrible purchasing experience. They are horrible about returns, 90% of a certain product that they were selling made by us was defective (came from a defective lot of products), and they were saying it had a full manufacturer's warranty - completely false.

My advice would be to purchase elsewhere. It's not worth the potential crapstorm that can come afterwards.

My advise is to purchase elsewhere also. I am not going to disclose the company I work for but they have owe us 300K+ for product we have sent to them. very shaddy business model.
