2000 s-10 sqeek

A friend has a 2000 s-10 auto 2.2, and when she starts out there is a sqeek for a few seconds , I put it up on my lift and found it is coming from the tranny, there seems to be nothing wrong except that sqeek to begin with, the truck has 41,000 miles on it i was going to change the filter and tranny fluid but was wondering if there where any people who had this.
