'94 7.4 timing bypass

Ok, I know about the tan wire with the black stripe disconnect to bypass the timing advance, but on this new to me truck, I can't find it. I've looked in the electrical sub-panel on the passenger firewall, I've looked at the drivers firewall, and at the passenger footwell. I've traced where the wire enters the loom at the distributer and can find it where it penetrates the firewall below the coolant reservor, and again where it enters the ECU. I'm stumped here, please help as I need to set the timing correctly.

the bypass connector is under the glove box beside the floor light.

It's tucked in there so you may have to dig for it . There should be a wiring bundle

hiding it. Hope it helps
