'91 4X4 Sport

Does anyone have, or know someone that has a 1991 Chevrolet 4X4 with the Sport Appearance Package? I think they were also made up through '94 or '95, but can't remember.

If so, can you confirm for me if the red and black 1500's on the door are the the double sided tape kind and are attached in that small groove that runs down the side of the truck? The 2wd Sports (and the 454SS) had the emblems attached to the body molding, but if I remember correctly, the 4X4 Sports had no molding and they were stuck on the body itself.

My '92 sales brochure includes pics of pickups with these sport packages. It shows a black sport 2wd (not 454SS) and a white sport 4x4. The black 2wd has the lower molding and clip-on badge, while the white 4x4 has the double-sticky-stuck badge in the body groove. And fender flares, BTW. Hope this helps.

Cool, thanks for the info. I have a '91 brochure and it has a pic with the same trucks but the 4X4 is black and a little further awy in the pic. It looked like it had the stick on type in the groove, but I wasn't sure.
