It looks to me like the guy did it out of fun. I got a chuckle out of it. It sounds like some of you guys are taking it a tad too seriously.

Also if its a ricer, where's the fart cannon and the assorted "Mugen, Neuspeed, etc... decals?

Dude, I don't care about the frogs. They were all over the side and front. And the guy kept up with me doing 85mph+ for probably 50+ miles, so it isn't a trailer queen.

But WHY would you put a wing on a classic car like that is completly beyond me....and that wing (at least in my book), qualifies the car as a ricer.

Yeah, it might very well be a variant of a ricer. However, the wing looks like its there for the irony of it.

As a joke, I attached a Folgers coffee can to the muffler of my Honda Accord for a week. I also used a decal machine at work and made a "Folgers" decal using the same font as the Mugen sticker. I did it for laughs. It did indeed generate a lot of good laughs. There were also a very few who took me seriously but you can tell they were clearly idiots from the shallow end of the gene pool anyways. They couldn't figure out that I myself was poking fun at something they seem to really hate.

The frog car seems too wacky to be serious--but then ya never know as I wasn't there. Also, I have been described as being "eccentric" myself. Hence my screen name here. I'm not disagreeing with you--I'm just pointing out another possiblility.
