99 Silverado 4headlight mod

I have a 1999 Silverado and I am wondering how I go about doing the modification to get all four headlights to come on when the highbeams are on..

Looks like on the 99-02 models all you have to do is ground a lead under the relay center under the hood. Anybody tried this?? link

Yep I did it.. real easy, all you need is one of those tap splices, a piece of 16ga wire and an crimp on o connector. i wish i took pics when i did it, was super easy.

What about keeping the fog lights on when the brights are on?

I don't think it is as easy. (Grounding a wire) I thought there was a doohickey in the guides section. R and D fog light controller? Not sure someone else will know though.
