Using 4x4 switches to access DIC?

I've been planning on wiring in a switch pod to access the DIC on my truck, and want to know whether the autoride 4x4 switches would work. The install calls for momentary switches, are these what the 4x4 trucks use to access 4WD? Could the pod be modified to work as momentary switches? I want to use the blanked out 4x4 location and figured that the autoride switch pod would look good. Any input is appreciated

Interesting idea, but I don't think it will be workable, at least easily. That switch pod is a bit complex for using as a bank of simple momentary hold switches.

I'd bet if several of us were to contact Jason at JP Customs, he might have a source and idea for some decent looking switches. Currently, I'm using some cheap Radio Shack switches next to the airbag on/off switch.
