2004 disc brake bias

My 2004 silverado is heavily biased toward the front brakes. With the load I have on it I need more rear brake. I believe I have found the proportioning valve under the drivers side frame rail. It appears that there is an adjustment there. Does anyone know how to adjust brake bias on the 4 wheel discs?

There is no adjustment for brake bias the ABS takes care of the bias if need be.

YEP, No adjustment,what you found under the drivers side frame rail is the ABS module and the brake pressure modulator valve.
