Tint Av. windows ??

I am the do it yourself kind of guy. I like to do as many things myself to save money and to make sure it is done right the first time.

I bought some tint at the parts store and want to do it myself. This would be for the 2 front windows. I have done tint many years ago. I was wanting to get the tint below the window fuzzies and I found out the Avalanche has 2 sets of them. I think I can get the tint below the first one but the second one is too low. Will the tint come off if I don't get it below the second set of fuzzies. Whats the best way to do this. If a Av owner has had their windows tinted and can check to see if they did the tint below the second set of fuzzies and let me know. I really don't want to take the door panels off to find out if I can get the tint below the second set of fuzzies.

I will go check this for you. I just had mine done one week ago. The only thing is that they really aren`t as dark as I would like for them to be.

Sorry it took so long for me to get back with you. I checked and they just went below the first set of fuzzies. I didn`t see the second set of fuzzies that you described though. My rear window are already factory tinted so I just looked at the front windows.

Is this what you were looking for. If not I would be glad to look again.
