I was curious if that is just a very high price for ford keys, or maybe it comes with brackets to adjust the shocks back to their normal position or something.

 

Also, if a guy were to install the ford keys and find longer shocks, could he not also fabricate some brackets to lower the differential to put the CV's back to original position?

Thats a rediculous price. They can be bought for something like $35-$40 from F*rd online.

I looked at that same kit too, and doubted it for the price. Like the other guy mentioned, just buy a set of F*rd keys and crank them a little. That's what I did, and I'm happy with it.

Tell you what, I can sell you a set for $95 and you can save $55 and I can make $55!!!!!

 

Do a search for Ford keys for the 1500 series trucks ($40/set) or a search for "green key" if you have a HD ($50/set).

I was in their local store a few weeks ago and asked the same question. You guys hit the nail on the head, it is just a set of torsion bar keys.

 

Those of you who have gone to Ford keys, how is the ride quality and are there any ill effects to doing this mod?
