Trans vibration during warm up

Not sure if this is just normal or not. I have an 04 5.3L. On a cold morning the trans vibrates when downshifting from 2nd to 1st. Once it warms up it's fine. Anyone else have that happening? It doesn't really bother me but it's a new truck and all.

Sounds like same here as my '03 5.7 2WD. Noise is audible at 20 MPH and only when it is cold. HOWEVER, living in Denver Colorado, the noise is VERY seasonal, and like you said, when it is warm, it goes away. The noise is BOTH upshift and downshift. Dealer thought I was nuts, but I at least got new tailgate cables, and the steering shaft on back order.
