Started up and reversed out of the driveway. Light went off on the "R" no reverse anymore. Put it in drive and no problem. Back to "R" and hard into reverse. "D" flashing! SES light on! Won't downshift at all! Drives like it's in third all the time. Going to limp it to the dealer today. Any ideas? :D:):chevy: Thanks.

Thanks for the info. Got in to drive it to the stealer and SES light is off and it was shifting like nothing was wrong. I guess it sitting in the sun and warming up helped? We just had a big snowstorm and got her wet and full of snow so maybe the switch is the problem? Hope they don't giv me crap about the larger tires I have on it!

The cold and wet will make the switch act up. I would bring it in and get it checked out or you'll be footing the bill for a new switch in the future.

They replaced the "TCC" switch and the PRNDL switch under extended warranty. They said cold and wet doesnn't affect the switches? Hope this takes care of the troubles. Glad I got the GMPP! Also did a 30K service. $$$$$! Stealers are expensive!
