Tire shine

I notice SOME of the drive thru car washes have this cool dispenser for their tire shine.

 

It is essentially a 1-2 gallon plastic bottle similar to those used for yard spraying. However, the hose then deposits into a brush. The pump the tank, and actuate the product to come out through the brush, while they go around the tire.

 

WHERE CAN I GET ONE OF THESE? Either the whole kit, or just the brush with a threaded inlet....so I can make my own? Also, for a reasonable price.

 

I have looked high and low online.....the only ones I have found are stainless steel and exceed $100 in cost.....there has to be a cheaper way.

 

Also, I am assuming the car washes are using Armor All in the bottle, not sure though.
