'03/'04 NAV versus '05 NAV

Does anyone know any reason that I couldn't replace an "03 NAV unit with the new "05 touchscreen unit?

You can, just make sure you get the same type,

Lux for a Lux

non-Lux for a non-Lux

Putting the wrong one in will yield you no sound and possibly damage the amp.
