new found money must use asap

I got a 2004 sierra reg cab long bed work truck 2 wd V8 and i must fix it it looks so plain. i recently put on the day star 2 1/2 leveling kit but more is needed i have about 1300 dollars and i wanna lift and put tires. If posible id like to throw on 315-75-16 buckshot mudders and i have to put those on new rims so the cheapest i found were black steel wheels(i dont care about those) so i dunno if i can fit those with 3 inchs of spindle lift or body lift either or or i thought about super swamper LTBs please help any ideas
