are super tech oil filters just a generic name filter made by a namebrand . the price is certainly cheap enough at 1.98 .i was thinking of trying one next oil chaange .

IIRC they are made by more than one company. The guys at Bobistheoilguy.com sure seem to like them.

Not that any of this is correct but all I found was that they are made by Champion Lab who supposedly makes Super Tech (Wal-Mart), Deutsch, Bosch, STP, Mopar, Car And Driver, Lee Maxi, Some AC Delco for imported models. I found this on another web site so don't take it for gold.

Yep you're right,they are made by Champion labs.
