electrical gone bonkers

Alright get this, recentlyI notice my blinkers started to blink twice as fast than normal. This goes for the front and back. At the same time my horn doesn't honk at all times. When i switch the key forward or start the truck the horn fails. But if i turn off the truck and remove the key the horn works. Another thing my spray for my windshield wipers are very very very weak when these things are happening. Could I have some sort of relay shorting? I need your help asap. For I need my inspection sticker soon...

Sounds like a bad ground or excessive resistance in a circuit that is common to those items.

Sounds like a ground to me too.

I believe there is one in the headlight harness. IT will make the lights do crazy things if they aren't hooked up.
