JCedar Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 Hey everyone, I believe the sensor for my washer fluid is shot, the low washer fluid light keeps comming on but the reservoir is full. I just finished taking apart the electrical connection and cleaned it, it looked very clean but I figured I would give it a shot... light still comes on!! My question is this.... does the sensor pop off, or unscrew??? Any suggestions on this?? part #'s or what not??
AirForceAngler Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 I believe you have to change the whole reservior, the sensor does not come out.
JCedar Posted January 30, 2005 Author Posted January 30, 2005 ahhhhhh hahaha, guess I shoulda figured that. What a pain in the A**!!!! Oh well I guess it's not that expensive eh. Thanks for the info TahoeMike.
hvac1000 Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 Black electrical tape over the light works also.
99-2door Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 Black electrical tape over the light works also. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, nice suggestion Except that is also where every other message pops up including service engine soon.

JCedar Posted January 30, 2005 Author Posted January 30, 2005 I am gonna go to the stealer this week and see how much I can get one for. I read the other posts about the tanks leaking and some ppl saying they are only around 25 bucks?? I suppose I could take my beer money for the week and spend it on the washer fluid tank instead...
