well, here it is. 4" trailmaster suspension lift(made for autotrac use)

17 x 9 helo maxx chromed

295/70/17 nitto terra grappler

 

i am really excited, they will install next week, and i will put up photos. i think this combo is going to be massively aggressive. now for the price... $4,000.00 total. i know i probably paid to much, but i don't think it is to bad. now to sell my16" chrome wheels. thanks for all the help so far. long live chevy :withstupid::chill::loser::D:D

why 4" not 6"?

 

 

 

Dropping the front diff more than 4" usually requires changing at least one of the joints on the front drive shaft from a u-joint to a CV.

 

Failure to modify or replace the front drive shaft will result in damaging vibration if the front drive shaft is turning while the truck is moving faster than about 20mph.

 

If you've got AutoTrac and set it for "auto", the front drive shaft is turning almost all the time.

 

 

For the tires the original poster has chosen, a 4" suspension lift should be enough to not have any rubbing issues and not require a front driveshaft modification.
